Make sure the video is high enough resolution to clearly see you and your horse (iPhone video is fine), and that whoever is filming for you zooms in appropriately. Recommended content includes riding a dressage test or jumping a course, but I can work with whatever you have at home! I will send feedback on the video as well as follow up exercises for you to try.
