ONLINE PAYMENT POLICY
Online payments are subject to a 3% fee for credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. This fee will appear in the "shipping and delivery" section of your cart.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for cancellation of any service.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be issued for unused services. Hartenburg Equestrian LLC is not responsible for circumstances resulting in lack of completion of a pre-paid service (illness, injury, etc). Pre-paid services are transferrable to another horse or rider if appropriate.
